The MOB is the youth group for DPC. We aim at helping teenagers (high schoolers) know and serve the Lord Jesus by reading and obeying the Bible. We meet on Fridays from 7:30-9:15pm and on Sundays from 4-5:15pm. For both Friday and Sunday MOB you need to bring a Bible, a biro and a buck (in that order!). What happens
On Friday nights the MOB has a great time thinking about Jesus, playing games, reading the Bible and having supper together. On Sunday arvos the MOB also has a great time as we stretch ourselves a bit further in being trained as servants of Christ Jesus. We also share MOB munchies together. What we're doing this termOn Fridays in term 1 09 we're looking at the book of Ephesians to discover some amazing truths about Jesus and the value he places on us his people. Our bring a friend night is in Friday 13th March. We want everyone to come to know Jesus as their Lord and Saviour so bring your friends along. On Sundays in term 1 09 we're looking at how the Bible fits together as one big book and how Jesus makes sense of it all.
